Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
These terms are placeholder content and are not legal advice. They will be reviewed and updated before ZeroDo’s general release.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of ZeroDo (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The service
ZeroDo is a personal task-management app that helps you organize, triage, and complete your to-dos using an inbox-style workflow, optional board views, and focused planning sessions.
We are continually improving the Service and may add, change, or remove features from time to time.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure.
We use passwordless sign-in. Anyone with access to your email inbox may be able to access your account, so keep your email account secure.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. That includes not attempting to access other users’ data, not disrupting or overloading the Service, not using it to break the law, and not uploading content that infringes others’ rights.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and other content you create in ZeroDo (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to it.
6. Plans and payments
ZeroDo offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements. ZeroDo is a productivity tool, not a backup or system of record for critical information.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroDo and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
